Being a writer is not a recognized vocational training occupation because writing is often seen as a skill that can be developed through practice and experience rather than through formal training. Additionally, the field of writing is diverse and encompasses various forms such as fiction, non-fiction, journalism, and technical writing, making it challenging to create a standardized vocational training program. Furthermore, the subjective nature of writing makes it difficult to establish specific criteria for training and certification, unlike other vocational occupations that have more clearly defined skill sets and requirements. **
